I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Religious Studies with a minor in English, as well as a Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Education, and have over 25 years of experience in shamanic studies.
My diverse background allows me to bring a unique perspective to my work and inspire others to reach their full potential.
Starting my journey as a young woman with only a dream and a passion for education, I worked hard to obtain a college degree, all while working odd jobs and performing as a professional clown.
This blend of education and entertainment set me on the path to a successful career as a teacher.
Unfortunately, I became disillusioned with the corruption in the public school system when my children were denied the services they needed for a safe and effective education. So I made the difficult decision to become a full-time homeschool mom.
To keep my toe in the professional world while focusing on my family, I joined Toastmasters. Throughout my journey, I have continued to hone my skills as a leader, trainer, and motivational speaker.
I finally earned my Distinguished Toastmasters Award, something that fewer than 1% of Toastmasters ever achieve.
Recently, I joined forces with an amazing group of women to launch the Rising Star Speaker Series, an organization dedicated to providing an affordable platform for up-and-coming speakers. I am committed to helping speakers find their inner voices and articulate their thoughts into powerful, inspiring speeches.
